Parameters
int factor the temporary value to be set
int onoff =0 Indicates that the EEPROM value to be set =1 Specifies whether the temporary value (factor) to be set
Remarks
set the DX-Gain Factor of the DX-Channel that is the diffenrence between RX and DX-Channel.
